Thank God, we have news that power is back on in our neighborhood! What an ordeal Ike was! At the same time, what a blessing Ike was! I realized what was important and how amazing our neighbors are! We lost a huge oak tree in our backyard that fell right between our house and the neighbor's house. It did some damage to the roof above the garage and landed on one ac unit and took out the fence. We are still figuring out how much damage is done but, it is all minimal and can be fixed!! Praise God! I'll post photos of the tree as soon as I find the cord to the camera. :)
One side note... I have noticed a visitor to our site daily from Oakley, CA. I am not aware of any family or friends in that area. I will take our site private soon unless this person contacts me to let me know who you are. Thanks for your help!

So glad y'all got your power back. Hope you are enjoying your vacation! Unfortunately, we are still without power! Decided to spend a couple of days in Austin... Can't wait to see y'all.
