I saw my high school girlfriends the other night and had a BLAST! There is something so special about those girls. I am totally myself around them. When I think of "home" they are one of the first images I have. Every minute we are together time flies by and I can't wait til we get together again. We are all so different and yet so similair. They have seen me at my best and my worst and still accept and love me. Maybe our bond has to do with the acceptance of making mistakes as we grow. Maybe it has to do with the dirt we have on each other. Some of us have known each other since we were 3 years old! 30+ years of friendship is pretty special! I know we'll be friends forever. We even joke about ending up in a retirement home together! I'd love it! (this photo is from our Christmas party last year) Treasure your friendships!
