This is my first post and I don't know where to begin. So, I'll start with a description of my pride and joy! Slugger is 4 1/2 and a boy in every sense of the word! He LOVES any kind of sport. Currently, baseball is the front runner with tennis a close second. Slugger can tell you about any Astros player and mimick their batting swing! He is quite an athlete, which we all know he inherited from Daddy.
Curls, 15 months, is a delight! Her blonde curls, blue eyes and outey belly button are to die for!! Her most recent tricks are holding up one finger when you ask how old she is, saying her name in 2 distinct syllables and checking to make sure her belly button hasn't disappeared!
Cary is the most amazing father and husband. It is not uncommon for he and Slugger to be out in the front yard playing ball as early as 7 am just to get in a few throws before he heads off to work. Then he can switch gears and read a book while snuggling on the couch. I am so blessed to have married such an engaged father and husband. He works so hard and still manages to give 100% when he is home. I don't know how he does it.
